On agreement of receiving your hire car, we will require a validated Visa or Mastercard to hold on file for you. At this point, no charge will be taken from your card.
In the event of damage to your hire car, fines incurred, penalties etc. during the period the car is in your possession, Stocalfe Response will phone and/or email you in the first instance to make you aware of the charges. Following contact with you regarding these charges, we will take immediate payment from your Visa or Mastercard.
