Repair Monitoring Handler
Salary: £19,000 – £22,000/year
Location: Appleton Thorn, Warrington WA4 (just off the M6 at Lymm)
Overview of role
We are looking for several Repair Monitoring Handlers to join our growing team to support customers through their claims journey with Stocalfe Response.
The overall team you will be part of, is responsible for providing vehicle and repair solutions to clients following an accident when the third party is at fault.
This role will include partial working from home as well as being based at the head office in Warrington office.
What will I do?
As part of this role, you’ll be servicing inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, third party representatives and providing a professional service within the company’s Service Level Agreements (SLA).
You’ll also be managing customer vehicle and hire claims in the most commercially effective way whilst protecting the company against hire costs through effectively monitoring the hire. This includes ensuring all costs are kept to a minimum and are not subject to any leakage and that dates, progress and costs are recorded accurately.
You will be responsible for meeting monthly targets by ensuring delivery of your own performance against agreed objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and SLA’s.
What experience and skills do I need to do the job?
You don’t need claims experience but a background in sales or a similar role within the insurance industry or a call centre would be desirable.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, so skills that would help you succeed in this role include exemplary negotiation and decision-making skills, a self-motivated attitude with a great track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
